X-Change Altar

In a random basement, in a random village, there's a small altar that lets you exchange Health for Magic and Magic for Health.

This strange little altar can be used in any game, or with other MOSAIC Strict or Fresco Fragments. A great little deus ex if a group is struggling for one or the other, it can also be a plot hook if there are forces who want to take control of this mysterious artifact.
