Rules Improvement

The update to the rules seems small, but will change the gameplay quite a bit. It requires either using a d10 or, for a shorter game, removing all cards 7-10. This should give people more of a chance even from the start of the game, either by making a 10 beatable (if difficult) or by slimming down the probability in favor of the player.
