Improvement to Rules

Hey everyone! After watching a livestream of Mission: Magic Brew and a whole lot of thinking, I decided to change the rules. Please be sure to download those the next time you want to play.
A basic rundown is:
- Cards 7-10 are now removed for less frustration in early game
- Each player has their own deck since the decks are smaller now
- Only Face Cards give a +1 due to smaller TNs
- Only Extra Material can break ties to keep from making them feel pointless
- Journaling and artsing is more encouraged in Solo Mode
